Resonant documents equipment that was actually built and actually used, so every picture is of something that really existed. No photograph on this site is generated: every image of a system, a stage, or a person is a real archival photograph, credited below to its author with its licence and a link to the original file.
Drawings, schematics, and layouts follow the same rule — they are the working documents engineers actually made. Where an explanatory diagram has to be drawn fresh for this archive rather than found, it is labelled as a diagram and is never presented as a photograph of a historical event.
No invented photographs
AI is never used to depict a loudspeaker, a venue, a person, or a historical event. If a real image cannot be sourced and credited, the archive uses a labelled diagram or a typographic treatment instead.
Author, licence, source
Each image carries its creator and licence where it appears, and links back to the file it came from, so any claim on these pages can be traced to its evidence.
